One-Time Fee
- Sun Properties LLC will list your home on the Alaska statewide MLS.
- All licensees and prospective buyers will have online access to the information about your home.
- Your home will be on the Alaska MLS public web site – www.alaskarealestate.com.
- Open houses can be posted on the MLS.
- Unlimited changes to your listing at no extra charge.
- I recommend a maximum of 25 pictures be posted in the MLS, (more can be posted if needed).
- Your home will also be picked up by other public real estate sites such Realtor.com, Trulia, Zillow, Realtor.com & Homes.com, etc.
- Compensation to the “selling office”, (the buyer’s brokerage), is now optional.
2) Contract Write-Up - $450 "Total" - (no other licensees are involved)
One-Time Fee
As a "For Sale by Owner", if you find your own Buyer who is not represented by a licensee;
- We will turn Verbal Agreements into a Professional (Performance) Document.
- We will prepare the Written Purchase Agreement from your Verbal Agreement.
- You receive help with Counter Offers, Addendums, Extensions and more.
- The Purchase Agreement and the required disclosure forms are provided.
- We will brief you on how to speed up the Appraisal and Home Inspection Process.
- You will get a “Fast Track” briefing to speed up the Loan Process.
3) Contract Review and Counter Offer Write-Up - $250 "Total"
One-Time Fee
- As a “For Sale By Owner”, if you receive an offer from a real estate licensee, we will review the contract and write up a counter offer, (as many as needed), until seller(s) and buyer(s) come to an agreement.
